Our cheese is made from start to finish here on the farm using only the milk produced by our goat herd. Cheese is made in small batches (handmade) using traditional methods.
At this time we are producing chèvre available in several herb flavorings as well as natural (unseasoned). More recently we have expanded our offerings to include Feta as well as an aged raw milk cheese.
