North Valley Farms Chèvre Cheese Sampler: contains a 1 to 2 oz. samples of each of the cheeses we make. A true taste of the farm. (January through March when Feta is out of season we will sub a larger cutting of Tomme)

North Valley Farms Cottonwood Creek TommeCottonwood Creek Tomme: Raw Milk aged cheese. Aged a minimum of 60 to 120 days. Traditionally made in the French Alps and Switzerland we felt this was the perfect choice for the milk produced by our pasture based dairy goats. As the curd is not “washed” during the make process and the milk is not pasteurized, the full flavors of the grasses and plants eaten by the goats are allowed to come through to create a smooth complex rich blend which is unique to this farm and place. Lightly waxed rind. Limited release. Now available year round.
