Cheese
Our cheese is made from start to finish here on the farm using only the milk produced by our goat herd. Cheese is
made in small batches (handmade) using traditional methods.
At this time we are producing chevre’ available in several herb flavorings as well as natural (unseasoned).

Valley Farms Chevre' has earned the Animal Welfare Approved
Seal. This is not an easy certification to achieve. The
program requires the animals to be grazed on a small family
farm with the family still providing the labor to milk and
care for the animals. More information about the program can
